-EPC's (Energy Performace Certificates legally required since 1th January 2009), Belfast city council certificate of fitness (required under 2006 Private Tenancies Order) and Gas safe annual gas safety checks (required annually under statute) carried out on landlords behalf by registered contractors if required.

-Periodic electrical reports arranged on behalf of the landlord as necessary.

-Periodic property inspection, accompanied with or without landlords, carried out on properties and written reports forwarded out to the landlords.

-All viewings of properties are key accompanied with a member of Boyle Properties.

-The deposit is collected and protected as required.

-All repairs can be arranged on behalf of the landlord.
